PAYMENT VIA bank card

You can pay for the order using a card on the website. After choosing this method, you will be taken to the page of the Liqpay or PayPal payment system, where you can choose any method convenient for you and pay instantly.

ATTENTION: when paying for the order in any other currency, except the hryvnia, a double conversion is possible.

PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT

"Upon receipt" payment is available only on the territory of Ukraine. When placing an order, you will be able to choose the "Cash on Delivery" payment option. A manager may contact you to clarify the details before sending the order. At the Nova Poshta branch, you pay for the order and the return of money (20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount). 

Delivery

«NOVA POSHTA» and its post offices

After placing the order, we will arrange its delivery to the branch in the near future. Delivery of cosmetics is free (at our expense) when order amount is over 1000 UAH inclusive and for regular customers. But keep in mind that when choosing the payment "Upon receipt" return payment (20 UAH + 2% of the transfer amount) is on you. You can also arrange delivery to the post office. If there is no space in the post office, the manager of Nova Poshta will contact you to clarify the convenient branch to receive. All orders are shipped from Monday to Friday. If the order is completed and paid for before 14:30, it will be shipped on the same day, if after 14:30 - on the next business day.

DOOR DELIVERY

Please choose this delivery method if you want to receive your order without leaving your home or office. To do this, simply indicate that you want to use the door delivery service, which is offered by Nova Poshta Company, in the comments when ordering.

international delivery

Delivery abroad is paid extra. All shipments are delivered within 14 working days. When ordering abroad, please provide all the necessary details: address (index, country, city, street, house, apartment), contact phone number in international format and e-mail. If necessary, we will contact you using messengers, so specify the messenger convenient for you when placing an order.

Delivery at our expense for orders over 100 EUR/USD to the countries of the European Union and the United Kingdom and to the USA for orders over 150 USD.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

RETURN AND / OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS OF PROPER QUALITY

According to the Law of Ukraine "On Consumer Protection" No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991, perfumes and beauty care products are included in the list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.

RETURN AND / OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

According to part 14 of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, in case of doubt as to the quality of a product consumed, such product must pass a specialized examination.

An exchange of or a refund for such products is carried out only on the basis of the results of such an examination.

Consumers have the right to participate in the inspection of the quality of the products either in person or through a representative. After the examination our managers will notify you of its results by phone and provide a confirmation document.

REFUND

The amount paid for the products is refunded in the same way as it was paid: in cash if the purchase is paid for in cash or by a transfer to a bank account if the payment was made by means of a transfer to a bank card.

Please check the completeness and the integrity of your order at the place of its receipt (the post office, the courier service). In case of violation of the integrity of the products, be sure to file a claim with the delivery service. All our parcels are insured for the full amount of the purchase.
