1. PAYMENT VIA THE LIQPAY PAYMENT SYSTEM

 

You can pay for your order using the Liqpay system. After choosing this method, you will get to the Liqpay payment system page, where you can choose any method convenient for you and pay instantly.

 

2. PAYMENT UPON RECEIPT

Payment upon receipt is only possible if you have selected a postpayment delivery by Nova Poshta Company. In this case, after placing your order, please wait for our manager to contact you to clarify the details, if necessary; your order will then be sent, and you can pay for it at the Nova Poshta branch (please note that this payment method requires you to pay a payment processing fee to Nova Poshta company).

 

 

 

Delivery

 

1. “NOVA POSHTA” 

Please choose this delivery method if you want to pre-pay for your order to a PrivatBank card. We will arrange delivery of your order to your selected Nova Poshta branch or to your address in the near future, as soon as your payment is confirmed. All the orders for a total amount of UAH 1,000.00 or more, as well as all the orders from our regular customers, are delivered free of charge (at our expense). But keep in mind that when choosing the “Payment upon Delivery” payment method, a payment processing fee will be charged by Nova Poshta Company.

2. DOOR DELIVERY 

Please choose this delivery method if you want to receive your order without leaving your home or office. To do this, simply indicate that you want to use the door delivery service, which is offered by Nova Poshta Company, in the comments when ordering.

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

1. RETURN AND / OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS OF PROPER QUALITY

According to the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection” No. 1023-XII dated May 12, 1991, perfumes and beauty care products are included in the list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to return or exchange.

2. RETURN AND / OR EXCHANGE OF PRODUCTS OF IMPROPER QUALITY

According to part 14 of Article 8 of the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection”, in case of doubt as to the quality of a product consumed, such product must pass a specialized examination.

An exchange of or a refund for such products is carried out only on the basis of the results of such an examination.

Consumers have the right to participate in the inspection of the quality of the products either in person or through a representative. After the examination our managers will notify you of its results by phone and provide a confirmation document.

3. REFUND

The amount paid for the products is refunded in the same way as it was paid: in cash if the purchase is paid for in cash or by a transfer to a bank account if the payment was made by means of a transfer to a bank card.

Please check the completeness and the integrity of your order at the place of its receipt (the post office, the courier service). In case of violation of the integrity of the products, be sure to file a claim with the delivery service. All our parcels are insured for the full amount of the purchase.
